Modern appartement in het centrum van Nice, het hart van de Cote d'Azur. Deze bruisende stad is in de laatste jaren sterk heropgewaardeerd door de komst van de tramlijn die het oosten, via Place Massena, met het noorden van Nice verbindt.
Je logeert dichtbij het gerestaureerde Place Garibaldi en 'le Vieux Nice' met hun gezellige terrasjes en typische 'Niçois' restaurants. Gelegen tegenover het congrescentrum 'Acropolis' en op korte wandelafstand van de haven, het strand, de restaurants en de winkelstraten.
Goed bereikbaar vanuit de luchthaven, per trein of via de autosnelweg. Slechts enkele minuten wandelen naar het treinstation 'Riquier' en het bus station 'Gare Routiere' om daguitstapjes te maken naar Monaco, Cannes, St Tropez en zelfs Italie. De sportievelingen bereiken de bergen na een korte bus-of autorit voor spectaculaire wandeltochten, via ferrata's, canyoning en rotsklimmen in en rond de Mercantour. Zelfs de indrukwekkende diepten van de Gorge du Verdon, de paarse lavendelvelden van de Provence en het mooie Lac de St Cassien in Fayence zijn gemakkelijk in één dag vanuit Nice te bezoeken.

This dynamic city has been considerably modernized in the last few years with the arrival of the tramway that links the east, via Place Masséna to the north of Nice.
The apartment is very centrally located; close to the renovated Place Garibaldi and the Old Town with their welcoming terraces and local 'niçois' restaurants. Situated opposite the congress building 'Acropolis', it is only a short walk from the port, the beach, the restaurants and the shopping area. Close to the airport, the train station, the main bus station and the highway A8 and therefore ideally located for day trips to Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, St Tropez and even Italy. The nature enthusiasts are only a short bus or car ride away from the mountains surrounding Nice and close to the breathtaking Mercantour where there is plenty of choice for hiking, via ferrata, rock climbing or canyoning. Even the impressive depths of the Gorge du Verdon, the purple lavender fields of the Provence and the beautiful Lac de St Cassien in Fayence can be visited in one day.
The apartment is 55m2 (592 sqft) with a spacious living area, separate bedroom, bathroom with bath, separate toilet and an equipped kitchen with washing machine/dryer. Accommodation is for four in a double bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Whilst centrally located, the apartment is peaceful with a balcony overlooking the mountains surrounding Nice.

Appartement modern au centre ville de Nice, le cœur de la Cote d'Azur. Cette ville vivante a été rénovée récemment avec l'arrivée du tramway qui lie l'est de la ville avec Nice Nord par la Place Masséna.
L'appartement se situe au centre ville en face du palais de congrès 'Acropolis', proche de toutes commodités, le port, la plage, la Place Garibaldi et le Vieux Nice, avec leurs terrasses conviviales et restaurants typique niçois.
Accès facile à l'aéroport, à la gare et à l'autoroute pour des visites à Monaco, Cannes, St Tropez et même en Italie. Les fans de nature sont à seulement 20 minutes de route des montagnes pour de nombreuses randonnées, via ferrate, canyoning et escalades. Même les profondeurs impressionnantes du Gorge du Verdon, les champs de lavandes de Provence et le lac de St Cassien à Fayence sont à visiter de Nice dans une journée.
